Wow, it's been so long since I've updated xanga, it took me a while to figure out how to write a new entry!

Ok, onto some pictures from my trip to California. I didn't take too many, but I will share the few that I did! I loved being back down there, enjoyed the sun, the food, and the people!

Went to the Rose Bowl to watch Gihun & Aaron battle it out...

Then went to hangout in Old Pasadena....

But James didn't like his Hot Chocolate....because there was no chocolate in it!

But Gary on the other hand, really enjoyed his....

For some reason Aaron tried to lick his elbow....

Susie, so amazed, wanted to try too - and she actually did it! She licked her elbow!

Apparently Koreans spell French, "Franch".

Congrats to Helen who will be getting married in TWO months!

Wow! It's been a long time since my last entry. So much has happened since I last posted, but the most recent event: celebrating Laura's bachelorette! In less than 2 weeks, she will be Mrs. Park :)

Perfect Summer Day in Seattle!

Beautiful weather, great company, and delicious food. I couldn't have asked for more!

First stop was at Pike Place Market for lunch. I took this picture from the car so if you look closely you can see my reflection. I know, I should have opened the window.

Having lunch at Athenian Seafood Restaurant inside Pike Place Market. They taped a scene of "Sleepless in Seattle" in this restaurant.

Mmmmmm....Look at all this fresh fruit!

We were catching up & talking at a Starbucks by Greenlake and saw this random group of men.

I also had a chance to meet up with some of my highschool buddies the other week. Always good see you guys :) Can't believe it's almost been 10 years since we've graduated!

HOME, SWEET HOME

Thank you to those who prayed for safe travels. Glo & I made it safely home in my Civic! If you've seen my car, it really is a miracle that we made it up with no problems! We left early Saturday morning at 6:30am and drove straight up to Washington State. Well, except for our breakfast, lunch, dinner, and gas stops. But even with all those breaks, we arrived in Federal Way, Washington at 2:15 in the morning! Originally, we were going to stay the night in Medford, Oregon, but we got a little ambitious and just decided to go all the way - and we're glad we did. Thanks Glo!

It's been about four days since I've moved back now, but it still feels like I'm only visiting. It hasn't fully hit me yet. Although it's nice to be home again, I still do miss being in Pasadena. Yes, already! But I know good things await and I'm looking forward to being back :)

Fourth of July in Seattle...nothing beats the show at Gasworks!

To kill time, we played Texas Hold'em. We had no money or chips, so we played with cookies! Chris lost, so he had to eat four cookies this round!

Glo won this round - she didn't back down when Chris kept raising cookies. Good job!
